First-party website analytics
Ozzy’s Breakdown Recovery uses lightweight first-party website analytics to understand which recovery service pages are visited and which website actions are used, such as call, WhatsApp, booking, location, social and navigation buttons. The analytics system does not record customer form field contents, customer names, telephone numbers, precise GPS coordinates or raw IP addresses. Technical information such as page URL, referring website, campaign parameters, device type and an anonymised rotating network identifier may be processed for website performance, security and service-attribution purposes.
