Essential functions and your choices
You can browse the recovery pages, call us and prepare a quote without accepting optional website analytics. We remember your cookie choice in your browser so we do not need to ask on every page. That preference is used only to remember your decision.
The preference expires after six months. You can change it at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Private Recovery Control uses a separate login session for authorised staff; it is not a customer advertising cookie.
Optional first-party website analytics
If you accept optional analytics, Recovery Control can record page visits and actions such as clicking a phone, email, WhatsApp, navigation or location button. It uses session identifiers and basic technical information to understand how the website is used. Optional analytics are not loaded until accepted.
The tracker is not intended to record the text entered into the quote or location forms, names, contact numbers or precise coordinates. Our server still receives connection information when serving a page; security and operational logs are separate from optional website analytics.
Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent the recovery enquiry controls from working. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics; it does not automatically erase information already lawfully recorded.
Maps, reviews and messaging
Google Maps and embedded Trustindex reviews load only when you select the relevant control. Loading those services connects your browser to the provider, which may use cookies or similar technology and receive technical data. You can leave them unloaded and use the plain coverage information or call us instead.
WhatsApp and email links open the application or service you choose. Their own privacy and storage terms apply when you continue there.
Browser controls
Your browser can delete stored site preferences and manage permissions such as location access. Deleting the consent preference means you may be asked to choose again. For questions, email service@ozzysbreakdownrecovery.com and read our privacy policy.
