Identify the van
Send the registration, make and model and, where known, the wheelbase or approximate length. Tell us about a high roof, a box body, refrigeration equipment, a conversion or anything else that changes the vehicle’s dimensions or weight.
Not every van can be accepted. Recovery suitability depends on its actual weight, size, condition and the access available, not only the model name.
Tell us whether it is loaded
Let us know about stock, tools, machinery or other items inside the van. Give a realistic description of the load rather than assuming an empty-van weight. Do not unload heavy or hazardous items at an unsafe roadside location; discuss the situation when you call.
Explain the fault and movement restrictions
Tell us whether the van starts, rolls and steers and whether there is any accident, wheel or suspension damage. We specialise in vehicle recovery and towing. Tell us what has happened; you do not need to identify the cause of the breakdown before enquiring.
Agree collection and delivery
Share the exact pickup point and the destination. Confirm who has the keys, any gate or garage opening arrangements, and whether the receiving contact knows the van is coming. A few clear details can help avoid delays at collection and unloading.
